As a secretary of the 4TU Centre for Resilience Engineering my main goal is to provide everyone with the support they need. For me it is a wonderful opportunity to work for 4TU-RE. It is such a beautiful knowledge centre which connects the four universities of technology in the Netherlands.
I think that we, as a society, eventually all benefit from the scientific research of the 4TU-RE centre and that it will make our world more resilient.
Besides 4TU-RE I am also a secretary for BOO/ES (Education Support) for the Faculty Engineering Technology within the University of Twente. I hope the 4TU Centre for Resilience Engineering can join their forces so that they can make our society more resilient. Bring scientists, engineers and practitioners together and create awareness around resilience. Both within academia and in society at large through collaboration with societal partners and institutions.
