ICRS Pre Conference Dinner

Great that you are joining the Pre Conference Dinner of the ICRS26 for Track Chairs, Keynotes and Organizers!

The restaurant will be the Delfts Brouwhuis, on walking distance from the Delft Central Station and city center. They brew their own beer, so please do not forget to have a little tasting of the delicious variety they offer!

We'll start with a shared appetize platter of Farmhouse cheese, aged Delfts Goud, violet mustard, onion confit pâté, Pain d’Ardenne, Meneer Leffers sourdough bread with black garlic beer butter and puffed black rice, parsnip pops with spicy mayonnaise, pretzel with pumpkin cheddar cream cheese dip, homemade pickles and chicken skewers with smoked apple beer sauce.

However, for the main courses it would be very helpful to get an idea beforehand, what everybody will pick. Adjusting your order that evening, is still possible, but they are happy to have a ball-park idea already upfront. Desserts will be optional, but you are welcome to already enlightem them about this as well.

Flammkuchen Mushroom chestnut cream, parsnip, grilled pumpkin, red onion, beetroot, pumpkin seeds, smoked herb oil, rocket and Frisian sheep’s cheese

Brouwers Burger tomato compote, bacon mayonnaise, crispy onion rings, cheddar cheese and fries with homemade mayonnaise
