Professional engineers at TU Delft have examined future engineering roles in various contexts by looking at current trends and considering the knowledge and skills engineers need to thrive in new situations. The project was supported by 4TU.CEE and resulted in a prof-ed course that will start on 24 January 2018. Registration for the course is now open!
About the course
In this six-week TU Delft prof-ed. course participants will explore how these roles can offer possible paths for future development. Through a five-step career-thinking model, participants will reflect on their unique experiences, attitudes and strengths. They will define their current or potential career challenges, explore different solutions and walk away with an inspiring validated and tailored role.
For whom
This course is primarily geared towards working professionals, no matter what stage of life you are at. Students nearing graduation are also welcome to participate.
