TU/e innovation Space and HRM/TEACH collaborate in designing and implementing a course that makes teachers experience how to amplify the impact of their Challenge Based Learning (CBL) education on students' entrepreneurial behavior and learn how they coach students on innovation skills, dealing with uncertainty and work on real-life challenges.Â
If we want to enable our teaching staff to teach students to be more Challenge Based Learning and entrepreneurial (CBL/e), we have to stimulate teachersâ attitudes in learning to learn and experience this new methodology themselves. The training is organized for two days. On the first day, we share our CBL/e approach, using 12 building blocks following the main flow in a CBL/e course in order to provide participants with the added value and key milestones (Creation; Delivery; Capturing Value) of the CBL/e approach. For each of the building blocks, we illustrate our concepts with concrete examples, methodologies, and tools, while teachers who are already familiar with the CBL can share their experiences.
In the second session organized in the following day, teachers reflect on the methodology and react with their insights, input or questions in a set of a co-creation and P2P learning framework.Â
Trainers for this teacher course are Gert Guri and Ăkos Wetters, who are experienced CBL teachers and coaches of for example the masterâs course Innovation Space Project, one of the âflagshipâ CBL courses at TU/e.Â
