The mini-conference will be held from 22 to 23 May, at the Social Impact Factory Vredenburg in Utrecht, as a collaboration between 4TU.ResearchData, TDCC NES (The Thematic Digital Competence Centre for the Natural & Engineering Sciences) and Open Science communities. During this event we will also celebrate the 15th anniversary of 4TU.ResearchData! Join us and connect with like-minded people and network in an inspiring and relaxed environment.

Roll into 2025 with inspiration and innovation! Join us for the 4TU Design United PhD Day on March 26 in Utrecht.

Focusing on the theme "From Crisis to Resilience: Collaboration, Adaptation, and Decision-Making" this session will offer a unique perspective on some of the most pressing challenges in our complex world.

How does an algorithm distinguish between scans of healthy and unhealthy arteries? Can algorithms replace doctors? During this hands-on workshop (in Dutch), specifically designed for high school teachers in mathematics and informatics, participants will learn how mathematics plays a crucial role in medical image analysis and discover the fascinating world of machine learning in medicine.

The latest developments in the science of energy transition will be presented at the third edition of the NWO NERA Energy Symposium.
