Aldert Kamp, 4TU.CEE leader at TU Delft has released his new book โNavigating the landscape of Higher Engineering Educationโ with lots of new insights for future-fit higher engineering education.
The book discusses the greater responsibility students have for their own education and learning process, the importance of professional skills and the integration of the digital transformation and responsible engineering curricula. It looks at the essence of impactful education and the benefits of updating your skills to connect with the vastly altered population of learners, mainly Generation-Z students. The book also includes a compass for the development of an educational vision and strategy and their implementation in organisations and curricula which makes it a practical book ย for those involved in policy making. A must read with food for thought and inspiration for lecturers and policy makers in education.
In his latest 4TU.CEE blog Aldert talks about his new book and says farewell to 4TU.CEE, since he is retiring. He will remail active in the field of engineering education with his business Aldert Kamp Advies.
