At the Innovation Day at TU/e some 100 lecturers and educational staff got acquainted with innovative tools to enhance their teaching practices. In workshops they learned more about implementing Interdisciplinary Education or Gamification in education and about the way students learn.
Inspirational and practice-oriented event
Keynote speakers Kristina Edström and Jakob Kuttenkeuler inspired the public with proven practices on effective learning in Sweden and participants got to experiment with ICT and learning tools at the ‘playground’. The Innovation Day, organised by TU/e and 4TU.CEE was much appreciated. Johanna Höffken Assistant professor TU/e:“I was inspired by the keynote speakers, I received helpful and concrete education tools that save time and are fun, and I learnt about ongoing best practices of colleagues. I liked the combination of being an inspirational and practice-oriented event.”
