Eric Mazur inspired lecturers on the subject of team based learning and assessment on 25 November at Twente University. The workshops were fully booked and the lecture was also made widely available by streaming. The lecture can be seen here. Mazur visited 3TU.CEE as part of his Tour de Mazur.
Sophie Rousseau, a lecturer at TU/e, participated and was pleasantly surprised and inspired by the lecture: "I especially liked his suggestion to use the sequences âQuestion- Think â Poll â Discuss- Repoll â Explainâ to activate a large number of students following your course in an amphitheater. Amphitheaters are spaces focusing on the instructor instead of focusing on the interaction; something which is well known at the Faculty of the Building environment where I teach".
