On Thursday, 3 December 2026, the second edition of the KIVI EngD Award will take place during the KIVI EngD Community Day in The Hague. The full‑day event brings together recent EngD graduates, industry partners and the wider engineering community for an inspiring and interactive program.
Location & program
The event will be hosted at the KIVI headquarters in The Hague and runs from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs. The program includes interactive sessions, workshops, networking opportunities and the official award ceremony.
Award ceremony
During the afternoon program, the finalists will be presented, followed by short pitches and the announcement of the winners. Nominations for the 2026 edition are now open.

About the KIVI EngD Award
The KIVI EngD Award celebrates the outstanding achievements of recent EngD graduates who combine scientific rigour with real‑world impact. It recognises finalists who have applied advanced engineering knowledge to solve complex challenges in industry, research or society.
