MNE 2015 is the 41st international conference on micro- and nanofabrication and manufacturing using lithography and related techniques. The conference brings together engineers and scientists from all over the world to discuss recent progress and future trends in the fabrication and application of micro- and nanostructures and devices. Applications in electronics, photonics, electromechanics, environment, life sciences and biology are also discussed.
This year, the Netherlands is hosting this conference. The 3 universities of technology are taking part in the organizing commitee, together with partners from the industry.
The conference will start on Monday 21st of September, 12.00 hours with two short courses followed by a welcome reception in the evening. The technical sessions will start on Tuesday 22 and end on Thursday 24, with the meeting closing at the end of the afternoon. The program combines plenary keynote presentations and parallel oral sessions featuring invited presentations by a number of internationally recognized scientists and will also include both contributed oral and poster presentations. At the Conference Exhibition 34 National and International companies will present themselves. The conference will be held in the World Forum in The Hague.
