First Conference of the European Moral Responsibility Consortium (EMRC) 
December 4-6, 2025, Institute of Philosophy, KU Leuven, Belgium

This is the first conference of the European Moral Responsibility Consortium (EMRC, website https://www.emrc.lu.se/about-us/), a platform devoted to facilitating coordination and cooperation among philosophers based in Europe who are working in the area of moral responsibility and related fields and topics (free will, blame, collective responsibility, punishment, moral responsibility and AI, etc.). 

We invite submissions from researchers from all parts of the world at every stage of their career. If you are interested, please submit an anonymized abstract of 500-1000 words by August 15, along with an email including your name, title, and affiliation to jozefien.gielen@kuleuven.be. Acceptance will be communicated by October 1. If accepted, we will cover costs for lunch and conference dinner. If you cannot cover costs for travel and accommodation, you can contact jozefien.gielen@kuleuven.be and we will see whether we can help.
