Multi-Source Energy Integration in Urban Systems: Considering Changing Climate Conditions

4TU.Energy is pleased to invite you to the MEIFUS Workshop, a 4TU.Energy community activity organised within the MEIFUS (Multi-Source Energy Integration Framework for Sustainable Urban Systems) Initiative.

This one-day workshop brings together researchers, engineers, urban planners and industry partners to exchange knowledge and explore practical solutions for integrating multiple energy sources in urban environments under changing climate conditions.

Why join?

As cities face increasing challenges related to climate change, energy demand and system integration, there is a growing need to look beyond individual energy technologies and consider the urban energy system as a whole.

Interactive Workshop

The afternoon moves from knowledge exchange to collaborative problem-solving.

Participants will work in mixed teams on municipal and climate-related energy challenges, develop potential solutions and present their ideas during a final pitching and awards session. Each team will have five minutes to pitch its solution, followed by Q&A with experts.

This format provides an opportunity to connect different disciplines and perspectives and to translate ideas into practical solutions for sustainable and climate-resilient urban systems.
