EUVECA: The Adaptive Healthcare Professional Learning Together for the Future

The healthcare sector in our region faces major challenges. The demand for care is increasing, while the pressure on professionals in hospitals, home care, and nursing homes continues to grow. Technology and innovation offer important opportunities to organize care in a sustainable and future-proof way, but this is only possible if healthcare professionals actually learn to work and collaborate with these tools. Twente has a rich and diverse landscape of projects and networks focused on innovation, training, and professional development in healthcare. By bringing these initiatives together, we create a unique opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen each other, and jointly shape the future of care. During this afternoon, we will explore together what is needed to keep healthcare professionals agile, learning, and innovative in an increasingly complex practice.
