The Netherlands Mathematical Congress (NMC) aims at all mathematicians, from pure to applied, and from junior to senior. This year, 4TU.AMI organises a parallel session around the theme 'Mathematics Education for the 21st century'.

The topic of the 2024 workshop is “Interplay between local and global graph structures”. An exciting area of research that covers a wide range of sub-topics within probability theory, random graph theory, and combinatorics, among others.

This event is aimed at bringing together mathematicians in the Netherlands. Including those working in industry, at a non-profit organisation, research institute, HBO or university – in short: any math lover.

This event aims at introducing PhD students, postdocs and other early career researchers to the emerging field of Scientific Machine Learning (SciML), in which Machine Learning are used in close connection with physics applications.

Each year, the Dutch-Flemish Scientific Computing Society organizes the Woudschoten Conference. The 2023 Woudschoten Conference, to be held from 27-29 September, will be the 47th edition of the conference.

The purpose of the SIAM Activity Group on Algebraic Geometry is to bring together researchers who use algebraic geometry in industrial and applied mathematics.

The aim of this meeting is to promote research activities and cooperation between researchers in Systems and Control. The meeting takes place under the auspices of the Dutch Institute of Systems and Control (DISC).

The SIAM CSE conference seeks to enable in-depth discussions on a wide variety of major computational efforts on large-scale problems in science and engineering, and foster the interdisciplinary culture required to meet these large-scale challenges.

The Study Group Mathematics with Industry is a combined industrial-academic week-long workshop sponsored by NWO. Companies present problems on Monday, mathematicians -having worked on the problems for a week, present their results on Friday.

The LNMB is the Dutch Network on the Mathematics of Operations Research (in Dutch: Landelijk Netwerk Mathematische Besliskunde). This network is an interuniversity co-operation in which all Dutch universities and CWI in Amsterdam participate.
