On behalf of the ICT Next Generation (ICTng) network, the Netherlands Institute for Research on ICT (NIRICT), and the ICT Research Platform Nederland (IPN), we would like to invite our fellow Netherlands-based academic ICT staff colleagues to take part in a survey about perceptions of academic leadership.
In initial discussions we had on this theme, we noticed that academic leadership and professional ambitions, expectations and appreciation may be perceived differently by different academic ‘generations’. Our impression is that many of us have strong opinions about these topics, which however are not voiced sufficiently and openly within direct managerial reporting lines.
This survey allows for you to anonymously share your thoughts, while at the same time, it will allow for us to assess whether some sounds that are currently believed to be specific to individual cases actually are collectively felt.
You can access the survey at https://tudelft.fra1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_b1QDrLNylHWMvPv.
We will discuss the preliminary outcomes of this survey during an online meeting on November 5 13:30-15:30 hrs.
You also are warmly invited to join this meeting, for which you can register at: https://forms.gle/ZkovXrokUcUPRKr56
