The DEI project “Leading by Example: Female Leadership for Visibility and Inclusion in ICT” has received joint funding from 4TU.NIRICT (Netherlands Institute for Research on ICT) and 4TU Centre for Energy.
With teams from TU Delft, TU/e, and UT, the project will showcase female role models in ICT and energy, host workshops, lectures, and explore a “Best Female Paper Award”.
The activities aim to foster mentorship, build confidence, and promote structural collaboration across institutions, while strengthening Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and engaging industry partners in the energy and ICT sector.
