The funding will be used to support NCN2025, the latest edition of the successful Neuromorphic Computing Netherlands (NCN) summit (here last yearβs edition: NCN2024). NCN brings together researchers and practitioners working on neuromorphic hardware, brain-inspired computing, neural modeling, and intelligent systems.
This event aligns strongly with the 4TU.NIRICT mission to foster community building and joint research initiatives. It provides a platform for: Connecting early-career researchers with senior experts, exploring cross-disciplinary collaborations across 4TU institutes, and stimulating new research ideas and joint proposals.
The event targets a wide audience from academia and industry, including PhD students, postdocs, and senior researchers, and is expected to catalyze new initiatives in neuromorphic and brain-inspired ICT research.
