Nanomaterials as High Performance Supercapacitor for Energy Storage Applications

Prof. Wong is the international expert within the 4TU.HTM research project ‘Superconducting Carbon Nanotubes composite as Vertical Interconnect for Qubit Integration at Cryogenic Temperature’. His research interests are in the fields of polymeric materials, electronic packaging and interconnect, interfacial adhesions, nano-functional material syntheses and characterization.
