Making the public transport chip card more user-friendly
The Dutch public transport chip card is a unique system, but also complex at the same time. This project, called Entrée, involved developing design solutions for making paying for public transport more user-friendly. This was done based on analysis of the current strengths and weaknesses and a comparison with similar systems in Hong Kong and London.
