On Wednesday 15 March, Jotte de Koning will defend her thesis ‘Sustainable food by design - Co-design and sustainable consumption among the urban middle class of Vietnam’. The defence will take place at 15:00 in the Aula of the TU Delft. The Laymen’s talk starts at 14:30.
