Mind the Step 2014

4TU Delft
4TU Eindhoven
4TU Twente
4TU Wageningen

Increasingly, the Dutch Design Week is becoming the place to be for the most recent developments in the world of design - a world that keeps changing, expanding and diversifying. Societal relevance and technological ingenuity play a more and more emphatic rol, at various levels of visibility.

With the arrival of TU/e and Design United (3TU) at the heart of the DDW - the Klokgebouw - the three technical universities and the DDW jointly work towards one goal: making as many visitors of the DDW as possible see and try out the designs. And in an accessible fashion, for the individual visitor as well as governmental agencies and industry. In short, for all (possible) users and (potential) collaborators.

'Mind the Step' presents work from departments and institutes of the TU/e and of Design United (3TU Research Centre). The very diverse designs show a rich societal intertwining. Technology, research and design form the exhibition's trinity that will, we hope, surprise and inspire the visitor.
