A team of four lecturers in urbanism led by Remon Rooij, 4TU.CEE co-leader at TU Delft and Associate Professor at the faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, published a paper about experiences during the pandemic in teaching and learning urban design and planning for (post) COVID-19 times.
The paper presents why and how the themes of spatial resilience and governance resilience should be emphasized in urbanism curriculums. Additionally, it discusses the value of creating well-organised and empathetic online design studios as an inspiring learning environment for both student and lecturer.
