The objective of this project was to help our students from the course "FPE20806 - Mathematical Concepts for Food Technology" develop their calculation skills by providing a Wikipedia for typical calculations done within food technology, and mathematical approaches.

The Wikipedia is now available within the course and we will also make it available for student in the course "FCH22308 - Food Properties and Function". All the information is now concisely available in very limited number of pages that are easily searchable for our students. The next step will be to get others involved so the wiki can be extended.
